Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for all products and services provided by Ultro (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Subscription-Based Products/Services
Users may cancel subscription-based products or services at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellation shall take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access to the product or service shall remain available until the conclusion of the paid billing period.
- No prorated refunds or credits shall be issued for unused subscription periods.
- No further charges shall be levied after the effective cancellation date.
1.2. Perpetual License Products
Perpetual license products are provided as one-time purchases and are not subject to cancellation.
- Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by the terms and conditions of the applicable executed contract.
- In the absence of a contractual refund clause, no refunds shall be granted.

2. Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund Basis)
Except as expressly stated in this Policy or in a separately executed written agreement, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a transaction has been successfully completed, no refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or credits shall be issued.
3. Refund Eligibility – Limited Exceptions
Notwithstanding the no-refund policy, refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the Company and only under the following limited circumstances:

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
1. Service Not Rendered
Where the Company fails to provide the purchased service due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, a full refund may be issued.
2. Duplicate Payment
In the event of an inadvertent duplicate payment for the same product or service, the excess amount shall be refunded after verification.
3. Material Error in Service Delivery
If a material defect or error in service delivery occurs due to the Company’s fault and such error cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.
3.2 Non-Eligible Circumstances
Refunds shall not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect expectations after purchase.
- Partial usage, partial delivery, or commencement of services, unless the failure is directly attributable to the Company.
- Failure to use or access the service due to user-side issues, including but not limited to technical limitations, compatibility issues, or third-party dependencies.
- Requests that fall outside the scope of this Policy or violate the Terms of Service.
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
4. Refund Request Procedure
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to customer support within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Requests must include sufficient details to substantiate the claim.
- The Company reserves the right to request additional information before processing any request.
- Approval or rejection of refund requests shall be final and binding.
5. Review Before Purchase
Users are solely responsible for reviewing product descriptions, service scope, pricing, and suitability prior to completing a purchase. The Company shall not be liable for any claims arising from a failure to review such information.
6. Policy Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Company’s website.
7. Third-Party Purchases
This Policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly from the Company.
Purchases made through third-party platforms, resellers, or distributors shall be governed by their respective refund and cancellation policies, and the Company shall bear no liability in such cases.
8. Governing Terms
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable contractual agreements. In the event of a conflict, the applicable contract or Terms of Service shall prevail.
