Partner Code of Conduct

Last updated: January 1, 2025

1. Introduction

Ultro is committed to maintaining a partner ecosystem built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. All partners must adhere to this Code of Conduct as a condition of their participation in the Ultro Partner Program.

2. Honesty & Integrity

  • Partners must represent Ultro products accurately. Do not make claims about features, timelines, or pricing that are not supported by official Ultro documentation.
  • Do not disparage Ultro, its products, or other Ultro partners to customers or prospects.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect your dealings with customers or Ultro.

3. Customer Protection

  • Always act in the best interest of your customers. Do not oversell or recommend unsuitable solutions.
  • Protect customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (DPDPA 2023 in India, GDPR for EU customers).
  • Do not use customer data for any purpose beyond the agreed scope of your engagement.

4. Fair Competition

  • Do not engage in price manipulation, collusion with other partners, or anti-competitive behaviour.
  • Do not solicit Ultro's direct customers or other partners' registered leads.
  • Compete on merit, service quality, and expertise — not by spreading misinformation about competitors.

5. Compliance

  • Partners must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws including anti-bribery, export controls, and data protection legislation.
  • Do not offer gifts, kickbacks, or payments to Ultro staff or customer employees to influence purchasing decisions.

6. Professional Conduct

  • Treat all individuals — regardless of gender, religion, nationality, or background — with respect and dignity.
  • Respond promptly to Ultro communications and customer escalations.
  • Maintain the certifications and training requirements for your partner tier.

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in: (a) formal warning, (b) suspension of deal registration privileges, (c) downgrade of partner tier, or (d) termination of the partner agreement. Ultro will provide an opportunity to respond before any action above level (a) is taken.
