Referral & Commission Policy

All active Ultro Referral Partners, and any Silver/Gold/Platinum partner submitting referrals outside their registered deal pipeline, are eligible for referral commissions as described in this policy.

Commission is calculated on the net first-year subscription value (excluding taxes, implementation fees, and one-time charges) paid by the customer to Ultro.

Referrals must be submitted through the Partner Portal or by emailing partners@ultro.ai with the following information:

• Company name and registered address
• Primary contact name, email, and phone
• Brief description of the business and estimated user count
• How you know this prospect and any existing relationship

Submitted referrals receive a 6-month exclusivity window. If the referred prospect is already in active discussion with Ultro directly or through another partner, the submitting partner will be notified and no commission will be payable for that lead.

Commissions are paid within 30 days of: (a) deal closure confirmation email from Ultro, and (b) receipt of full first-year payment from the customer to Ultro. Commissions are paid via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to the bank details registered in the partner portal.

• No commission is payable if the referred company is already an Ultro customer or is on the Direct Accounts list.
• If a customer cancels or reverses payment within 60 days, the commission is forfeited.
• Commissions on renewals are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Commission disputes must be raised in writing within 60 days of deal closure. Ultro will review and respond within 10 business days. Ultro's determination on commission eligibility is final.
